2021 Fall Lecture Series
From Tuskegee, to HIV, and now COVID-19; medical healthcare crises have disproportionately affected people from Black and minoritized communities. Join us for the return of the African & African American Studies Program’s Annual Fall Lecture Series as we host a virtual lunchtime colloquium on November 04, 2021, to discuss “Pandemics, Medicine, and the Black Community.” Our panel will feature distinguished professors and local doctors as they weigh in with their valued research on this relevant—and timely—topic.
